HCS Learning Development projects are staffed with a team of seasoned learning professionals, each highly skilled in their specific area of learning expertise. Together, these teams design and develop customized learning solutions that provide learners with an optimal learning experience specifically designed to help solve a targeted business problem.

Learning Experience Designers

Learning Experience Designers work closely with client stakeholders and subject matter experts to investigate business as well as learning requirements and recommend appropriate learning solutions to solve targeted business problems. Once a solution type is confirmed, they create a focused set of learning objectives and a content outline for the set of training materials necessary to achieve those learning objectives.

Content Developers

Content Developers use the approved learning objectives and content outline provided by an Instructional Designer to create the content and supporting materials necessary to achieve the stated learning objectives.

Creative Media Designers

Creative Media Designers add life to learning content by creating the images, sound and animation that helps facilitate the transfer of information and drive better retention of critical learning points.

Programmers and Testers

Programmers build online learning deliverables. Testers then test those deliverables to validate that they launch and function as designed and expected when accessed by learners.

Quality Assurance Specialists and Editors

Quality Assurance Specialists and Editors review all learning content for proper spelling, grammar, punctuation, layout, flow, readability and consistency. Their primary job is to ensure all content adheres to the approved writing standards and brand guidelines in place for each project so that all content is optimized for efficient learner consumption.

Project Managers

Our Learning Project Managers are responsible for all management and reporting related to the scope, schedule, budget, tasks, resources and deliverables associated with each learning project.
