Instructional Videos provide direct access to targeted information presented in a brief, efficient manner. These videos typically cover a specific process overview and/or task demonstration presented as a story with or without supporting animation.


Simulations allow learners to practice a process or task in a safe environment following varying levels of step-by-step guidance. Simulations provide learners with immediate feedback and may also include assessment and evaluation opportunities.


Web-Based Training (WBT), also known as e-learning, is anywhere, anytime instruction that can be delivered over the internet or a corporate intranet. WBT provides self-paced learning using a variety of screen types, and may include streaming audio and/or video and visual animations for additional impact.


Educational Games are designed to help learners explore concepts, processes and/or tasks by providing in-depth application and practice of the newly acquired knowledge and skills in a fun, interactive and informative manner.


Instructor-Led Training (ILT) is learning delivered by a professional facilitator or instructor in either a classroom or virtual setting. ILT materials generally include instructor guides, participant guides and other supporting topic specific content.
